Streaming Conscience #3
It is amazing how much snot the human body can produce. Nasal passages in particular. No matter how many times I blow my nose, sneeze, sneeze an especially sloppy sneeze in the presence of a stunning young lady on the Metro or sniffle there’s more where that came from.

Streaming Consciousness: LGN 6
Throwing the trash into the dumpster yesterday morning, apparently I got some kind of dumpster liquid on my hand. Got back in the car and raised my hand to adjust my glasses and I was like, “Whoa! What is that smell??”
It smelled like … like … like someone barfed on poo and let it sit [...]

Creativity and Creation
“Jobs are for people with no sense of adventure. Or fashion.”
-Flapjack quoting Cap’n K’nuckles
I’ve got a problem.
Well, it’s not really a problem, but it’s something that’s been on my mind recently.
If I were to hit the Lotto I’d still work. Probably on a contract basis, though. Jobs/professions/careers are necessary for sanity, I think. But so [...]

TEA Parties
I have something to say.
First, night after night of teabagging innuendo? Come on. One night, great. Three nights? Four nights? A week (or weak)? Not so much. Hopefully, though, the point’s been made especially since there was an article on the Fox News website about other news channels innuendo humor. What can you do, eh. [...]

Look Good Naked Pt. 5
It’s been a while so I have a lot of thoughts.
First, as I watch “Transporter 3″ I’d like to personally thank Jason Statham for making balding, stubble and aging glamorous. You go, homey! I still think he looks like he smells bad, though. Like garlic, cigarettes, hard liquor, armpit and cologne. Manly.
Another fast food lesson

Remember this?

When I pissed off a guy named Bob Merlis? He commented:
It’s amazing to me that you’ve blogged negatively about Peter Bernstein’s “Monk” album since you admit you haven’t heard it. It’s a brilliant album that has garnered some very positive reviews including one from the New York Times. Peter is part of the Blue [...]

New Song: Night Song
So…
This one’s just a little rough. The time isn’t completely solid, you can hear a car horn in there somewhere. The ventilation fan in the room is cranking away.
But this vocalist was outside my window last night keeping me awake at about 12:30 am. I happened to have my iPhone sitting next to the bed [...]

Hanging out in DC again today. This is funny. My lower back has been killing me. It happens every Winter. I get sedentary, sitting at a desk or on the Metro or in a car or at home for about 12 hours a day and not exercising. That makes for painful lower backness.
Wednesday I had [...]

Ladies and germs,
One more thing about this topic. Well, a few more things.
Walking three miles only burns 267 calories?!?! That’s just not fair, especially when, say, one grande Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte is 380 calories (70 of those from whipped cream).
Common wisdom is that the key to losing weight — there is no “easy” or [...]
