just worked out. a short, easy one. first time in months. my calves are this close to cramping up. i think the fitness will come back quickly, though, barring any injuries. unless you’re truly a masochist, exercise pain is the only pain that feels good.
walking along the potomac river every now and then over the past few weeks plus an occasional half-hearted stretch seems to have gotten rid of the lower back tightness/pain. 8+ hours per day of computer time is not good for the human physique.
i’m off to the beach today after i go see “hot fuzz”. i’ll be back on friday. to ocean city or slightly north of it. wanna come? there’s a sofa bed.
