- 1 zucchini
- 2 large garlic cloves
- Olive oil
- 1% lowfat milk (boo)
- Parmesan cheese
And one leftover hunk of honey pepper salmon.
If you’re not hungry, that zucchinighetti probably looks like something a goat couldn’t keep down. It’s good, though, and has a surprising amount of sweetness
