Zucchini Squash Alfredo-ish

Rockin’ the Vegetti.

  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • Olive oil
  • 1% lowfat milk (boo)
  • Parmesan cheese

And one leftover hunk of honey pepper salmon.

If you’re not hungry, that zucchinighetti probably looks like something a goat couldn’t keep down. It’s good, though, and has a surprising amount of sweetness

(I’m doing all of this posting today because I’m trying a new WordPress theme and blog formats. And I’m bored.)
